Jess's Review ~ Inappropriate by Vi Keeland

Inappropriate My rating: 5 of 5 stars

When I started this book, I had never read the blurb. Not that I would have cared what the book was about nor would it have swayed me in any way. I would read this author's whatever. But it was actually quite an interesting way to go into a book, completely blind and I would do it again.

This was book was flirty, sexy, had a big dose of feels and kept me up WAY past my bedtime finishing it. I immediately loved Ireland. I loved her sass and balls, even if it was spurred on by some liquid courage.

Grant, the CEO, not quite born with a silver spoon, was all tough and businesslike on the outside but on the inside a big old softy...sometimes... and only for certain people. He has a business to run and what he doesn't need in his day is someone telling him off. But he takes it because Ireland is exactly what he needs.

These two have a sexy, yet light relationship with each other from the get-go. They give as good as they get. Ireland being the feisty one and Grant the dirty-mouthed, occasional jerk. I liked the journey this story took from Grant's past to the present. The drama was unexpected and pulled at my heartstrings. The premise of the story was engaging but it was the characters who just really added to my enjoyment.

I loved it, plain and simple. No rain. No flowers.
