Diane's Review ~ You Had Me at Hockey by Kelly Jamieson

You Had Me at Hockey (Bears Hockey, #2)You Had Me at Hockey by Kelly Jamieson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hockey and love just go together!

And Josh and Sara were right in the thick of it. As hockey business brought these exact opposites together, love wove its magic once again…

Josh was a survivor, grateful for what he had but also still fearful (in the back of his mind), that it could all go away in a second. His quiet, well-planned life was just that, and that’s the way he liked it. Until Sara came long… Sara had as opposite a life from Josh’s as you could imagine. Social media guru, her upbeat personality and confidence to go her own way meant planning was for other people. Her insecurities percolated under the surface but she held them at bay.

Together, these two were so much fun. They each gently pulled the other to the middle, not always planned but not always spontaneous and they liked the intimacy and friendship that grew and grew. And so did I. Loved it, in fact! They weren’t perfect but real people struggling with real issues. No drama llamas, just living their life trying to make the best of it all. Their journey could have been any lover’s and it made for stellar reading. Can’t wait for more of them and the Bears Hockey family!
