Marie's Review ~ Rebel by Laura Pavlov

Rebel (Montgomery Brothers, #3)Rebel by Laura Pavlov
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was amazing!! I loved Jack from the very first book! His character was written with such an infectious happiness that I smiled and laughed so much. He wore his heart on his sleeve. Monroe was a strong, independent woman and was quick and witty.

Jack was destined for the NFL until the passing of a family member that made him decide family was more important. He loved his family something fierce. He was the famous playboy and enjoyed a variety until his best friend's little sister, now an adult, made her way back into his life. She would now be working at Montgomery media and he wasn’t sure how to handle this.

Monroe always had to prove herself to everyone even if they didn’t expect it. She was fine staying home and being a loner. Her father and brother being famous NFL players she learned how to put up a wall against people. Then thirsty Thelma put her in a position to fake fate Jack only it wasn’t feeling fake anymore. Monroe learned how to open up and love but also let herself be loved.
